2024 Conference February 8-9 in Bergen!
The conference will be held on two campuses:
Kathedralskole (downtown) and the International School of Bergen (by the airport).
Thursday, February 8th:
11.00-16.00 Welcome and Tour of Bergen Kathedral Skole. After lunch, there will be 2 sessions. The main session will be run by Katrin Fox.
Friday, February 9th:
9.00-15.30: Welcome and Tour of the International School of Bergen. The majority of the day will be spent in different programs.
15.30-16.00: All participants join and provide the committee with feedback for the coming year.

NIBS Annual Conference Bergen
February 8-9, 2024
Bringing IB schools together.
Each year, NIBS brings coordinators and heads of schools together to discuss the IB in the Norwegian context. Our location varies and is hosted by one of our member schools. We share ideas, learn from each other and return back to our schools with new ideas and perspectives to improve the implementation of the our IB programmes.
2022 Conference June 3
Given the ongoing pandemic we the board has concluded that the in-person conference at the British International School of Stavange will be postponed until June 3. The General Assembly took place digitally on February 11, 2022.
The Evening of Education, open to all teachers and staff was held on February 10 from 17.00 to 20.00 with a variety of interesting workshops. Members can click on the button below for pdfs of the presentations on our shared google drive.
